Personal coaching includes
- 2 personal Brain Wellbeing Navigators, at the beginning of the coaching and before the follow-up meeting
- 7 coaching sessions (50 min) on brain-energizing areas of the coachee’s choice. Remote meetings, initially 6 times every two weeks, followed by a follow-up meeting 2-3 months later.

Energize Your Brain Coaching 2.0 starts with a Brain Wellbeing Navigator. It is an innovative self-assessment tool that provides valuable insights into cognitive health and well-being. It highlights areas of life that contribute to stress and offers practical tips for reducing stress and improving brain performance.
The Brain Wellbeing Navigator allows us to target our coaching, both on an individual and group level, to areas that need particular support. We can also measure the effectiveness of the coaching and identify the common strengths and areas for development of the coaching group.
